IV International Martial Arts Festival "East and West XXI" held place on 21 of November 1999 in Tallinn, Estonia. It was a great event with a lot of demonstrations performed by masters from many locations. The St-Petersburg Wushu team engaged with their best show, realized by the senior trainer Eleonora Volokontseva, that won the first place among demonstration events on the Wushu Cup of Russia -1999.
